Note: Detailed financial documents (such as budget line items or reserve accounts) are available only to TDA members. Sellers are responsible for providing those to potential buyers or their agents.
Realtor Guidelines
Real Estate Sign Placement
A designated community real estate sign is located outside the TDA gate. Realtors may attach their sign and marketing materials there.
Flyers and Brochures
Flyers and brochures may be placed in the covered brochure boxes attached to the community real estate sign.
Perma Flyers
Perma flyers may be up to 12″ x 18″ in size, as long as they fit beneath the white bar on the community real estate sign.
Community Property Signage
No signage is allowed on community property, except during open houses.
Home Signage
Realtors may place signs on the front and back of the seller’s home.
Access to Moorage
The seller is responsible for granting access to realtors and prospective buyers.
